Tackling Persistent Litterers in The Netherlands

The police from the East Netherlands Environment Team investigates whether the use of LitterCam can help identify persistent litterers. This pilot if proved successful will enable the recommendation to ministers to accept video evidence for the purpose of littering from vehicle enforcement.
